Privacy policy

Your Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If you sign in with an email code, we store your email address and verification data needed to authenticate you. Before you sign in, an anonymous browser session lets you upload, preview and buy videos.

Photos you upload. The photos you add to make a video, and the videos we make from them.

Purchases. Which credit packs you bought, your credit balance and how you spent it, and the email you enter at checkout so you can recover anonymous purchases after verifying that email. A checkout email alone cannot sign you in. Stripe handles card payments; we never see or store your card number.

Technical data. For each sign-in session we store your IP address and browser user agent. To stop people from abusing the service with many accounts, we also store a hashed device identifier and a hashed IP address, including to limit free previews.

Before a photo is uploaded, your browser checks it for a face and, for wide shots, crops it to your head and shoulders. That check runs on your device; only the cropped photo is uploaded.

We use your photos for one thing: making the video you asked for. We don't use them to train AI models, we don't show them on the site, and we don't sell them.

We use your account details to sign you in, keep your credits and videos together, answer support requests and send emails about your account or purchases.

We rely on a few service providers. Each one gets only what it needs:

• AI image and video providers receive your photos to find the face and run the model that makes your video.
• Our hosting provider runs the site, stores your account data, photos and videos, and sends our emails.
• Google handles sign-in if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Stripe processes payments.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States.

Your photos and videos are stored at private, hard-to-guess links that we only show to you. Anyone you give a link to can open it, so share links with care.

We delete your photos and videos 30 days after you upload or make them, so download any video you want to keep.

Your account details stay until you delete your account. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after that.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and recognize your device for abuse prevention. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Email support@smalltownboyaidance.app from the address on your account to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted, or your photos and videos deleted before the 30 days are up. We reply within 30 days.

The service is for adults. Don't use it if you're under 18, and don't upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold a minor's photo, we delete it.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
